Grab a lightweight set of dumbbells and join us to perform joint-isolation exercises such as biceps curls, chest flyes and shoulder raises. We also incorporate dumbbells in full-body exercises and multiplanar movements such as lunges and plank rotations. During your STRUT journey you will also increase your cardiorespiratory fitness and flexibility.
